Lighting situation

Of the constantly growing number of artificial light sources in the landscape, there are obviously some that are essential in the interest of safety. Many, however, have a purely decorative function or are there for advertising purposes, e.g. illuminated advertising hoardings, spotlighting for buildings, monuments and castles, sky beamers, etc.
